Compensation

Napa County Mosquito Abatement District provides a compensation package to its staff that consists of a combination of salaries and benefits.

Benefits include but are not limited to: CalPERS pension, medical insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, paid sick leave, paid vacation, 14 paid holidays, a wellness/fitness program, longevity pay, night-time differential pay, state certification and continuing education, and cell phone reimbursement.

The California State Controller’s Office also has available government compensation and financial reports for the different State organizations, counties, cities, special districts, and other local government agencies. These reports can be viewed on their website at:
